ICO Team England Squad Training continues on Saturday 6th July 2024 at the USKA Fight Factory.
This is going to be super beneficial to any of our members who have aspirations of competing or one day making Team England to compete at a World Championships and compulsory for all squad members who have earned their place in the team for this years ICO World Championships in Germany in October.
These are open sessions aimed at bringing the best out of people through strategy advice, padwork and sparring drills accompanied by a high stamina and endurance work ethic that will guarantee to help you reach for your goals.
If you would like to use these sessions just for extra training as a way of improving your overall fight game again you are very welcome. All you will need is your gloves, your sparring equipment and a willingness to work hard to attend this sessions.
Cost of the three hour session is £10 per attendee.
The next session will be held on Saturday 6th July from 2-5pm and on the first Saturday of every month after that.
