We are pleased to announce that on Saturday 11th October we will be hosting an USKA Charity Iron man competition.
As a fundraiser all profits on the day will go toward our gym charity project for this year in memory of our beloved students Khuzaimah Douglas and Azmat Yaqub who we miss dearly.
The Iron man competition will be open to all our students and will consist of 6 events where each competitor will try and get as many points as possible in to rack up a grand total.
All the points will be accumulated at the end and everyone will be presented with a USKA Iron Man Gold medal for their efforts with the top scorer in each age group being awarded a trophy.

Entry fee for our competition is £10 and needs to be paid to USKA reception no later than 12pm on Saturday 4th October so we can order enough medals for the event.
Spectators are welcome to attend free of charge on the day but a donation would be great!
