USKA Female Only End Of Year Iron Girl Competition / Party and Presentation 2025 (Open to all our Female Members)

On Sunday 7th December as part of our end of year celebrations we are pleased to announce that we will be holding a Charity Iron Girl Competition at the USKA Fight Factory gym for all our Female Members.

The Iron Girl competition will be open to all our Female Members and will consist of 6 events where each competitor will try and get as many points as possible in to rack up a grand total.
All the points will be accumulated at the end and everyone will be presented with a USKA Iron Girl Gold medal for their efforts with a trophy being awarded to the highest scorer in each age group.

As a fundraiser all profits on the day will go toward our charity project for this year in memory of our students Khuzaimah Douglas and Azmat Yaqub.

After the Iron Girl competition we will have some fun Party games where everyone can get involved and then wrap up the days proceedings with 
 the Iron Girl medal presentation and USKA Student awards.

 These USKA Student awards will be presented to individuals from our Female Division classes at the USKA Fight Factory who Ruqayya feels have really fulfilled their potential in their training and are most deserving of our presentation awards for 2025.

It could be you but you have to be in it to win it so if you miss it you could miss out!

Food and refreshments will be available for purchase on the day with all profits going to our Charity fund.

Entry fee for our competition is £10 and needs to be paid to USKA reception no later than 12pm on Sunday 30th November so we can order enough medals for the event.

Female Spectators are welcome to attend the event for a small donation in our charity bucket.
