01-06-24 - Great ICO Team England Squad Training session at the USKA Fight Factory!

Another really good ICO Team England squad training today under the watchful eye of ICO Team England Coach Qasim Beg.
We had just under 60 potential future World Champions putting in plenty of graft over the 3 hour session and hopefully taking something to run with and improve their game with between now and the next session that is scheduled for 6th July.
Only 4 months to go until the ICO World Championships in Germany so now we really move into the business end of the preparation to get as fit and ready as possible to face what ever comes our way in Frankfurt.
