02-03-24 - Another Awesome Session At The 2nd ICO Squad Training!

We continued preparation for the ICO World Championships in Frankfurt, Germany today with the 2nd ICO Squad Training of 2024 at the USKA Fight Factory.
A little quieter than usual with lots of fight events happening today but we still had 42 participants from many different gyms and clubs across the UK in attendance looking for selection to this years Squad and benefiting from the drills conducted by ICO Team England coaches Qasim Beg and Neil Kelly.
Through Squad training sessions and the International Open Qualifying event in May a team will be picked to represent England in what in prospect looks like it could be the biggest and best ICO World Championships to date.
The next Squad Training session will be held again at USKA on Saturday 6th April for anyone interested in attending.
