03-02-24 - Great 1st ICO Squad Training session of 2024 in the bag at USKA!

The ICO Squad Training for 2024 started today at the USKA Fight Factory in preparation for the ICO World Championships that will be held in Frankfurt, Germany in October.
Through Squad training sessions and the International Open Qualifying event in May a team will be picked to represent England in what in prospect looks like it could be the biggest and best ICO World Championships to date.
The session today conducted by USKA and ICO Team England coaches Neil Kelly and Qasim Beg was well attended with over 40 participants from many different gyms and clubs across the UK all benefiting from the training drills and knowledge of the experienced coaching team.
USKA for it's part had a good contingent in attendance all adding to and enhancing their skill set in the two hour session.
The next Squad Training session will be held again at USKA on Saturday 2nd March for anyone interested in attending.
