We had exceptional ICO Team England squad training session today at the USKA Fight Factory under the watchful eye of ICO Team England Head Coach Neil Kelly.
Despite it being a Bank Holiday weekend and a really warm day we had just under 50 potential future World Champions putting in plenty of graft over the 3 hour session and hopefully taking something to run with and improve their game with between now and the next session that is scheduled for 31st May.
Only 5 months to go until the ICO World Championships in Wales so now we really move into the business end of the preparation to get as fit and ready as possible to face what ever comes our way in Swansea.
