03-08-24 - August's ICO Team England Squad Training complete at the USKA Fight Factory!

USKA Fight Factory hosted the latest ICO Team England Squad Training session today under the tutorage and instruction of ICO Team England Coach Qasim Beg.
A little quieter than normal maybe due to the holidays we still had 40 attendees putting in the work and taking those steps closer to that World Title in Frankfurt, Germany in October.
At top level competition the margin between winning and losing is minimal and on ICO Team England Squad training we aim to add the extra few percentages that will get us over the line and lead us to victory come Championship weekend.

Our next Squad Training session that will include final team medicals will be held on Saturday 7th September!
