We continued preparation for the ICO World Championships that will be held in Wales in October today with our 3rd ICO Squad Training session of 2025 at the USKA Fight Factory gym.
We had an amazing session with over 60 squad members in attendance with everyone working towards the common goal of winning Gold Medals come October.
It was great to see many different gyms and clubs from across the UK making the trip to Birmingham looking for selection to this years Squad and benefiting from the drills conducted by ICO Team England Head coach Neil Kelly.
Through Squad training sessions a team will be picked to represent England in what in prospect looks like it could be the biggest and best ICO World Championships to date.
The next Squad Training session will be held again at USKA on Saturday 3rd May for anyone interested in attending.
