05-10-24 - Final ICO Squad Training Session Complete, It's Go Time Team!

We wrapped up our World Championship preparation today with our final ICO Team England Squad Training session at the USKA Fight Factory.
The team will fly out to Frankfurt, Germany this week to take part in the ICO World Championships following months of hard work, sacrifice and dedication.
Today was all about sharpening the tools and instilling that champions mindset that will of course be needed to pick up those medals and claim a podium position in Germany.
Today's session as always was conducted by USKA and ICO Team England coach Qasim Beg who has done a fantastic job with the squad over this long training camp.
We extend a big thank you to him for his commitment to the team and for all his hard work and attention to detail.
All that is left to do now is to cash in on all that hard work as we go for Gold!
