Shakeel 'Showtime' Hussain put on a spectacular performance on Sunday evening at the Banks's Stadium in Walsall on the TMA Fight Series Show.
Shakeel picked up the WRSA -60kg English Title in fine style by stopping his opponent Cameron Wright from the Aiki Martial Arts Academy in Durham at the end of the second round after Wright's corner pulled him out following suspected broken ribs,
Before the stoppage Shakeel put in a near perfect two rounds highlighting just why he is being spoken about as being the next big thing in the sport.
The highly regarded Wright already held the WKO version of the English Title and on paper it looked like it was going to be a very tough fight but Shakeel showed a skill set and maturity far above his years leaving no doubt who was the superior athlete with Shakeel picking up his first Senior Full Contact title after turning 18 just over a month ago.
