06-04-24 - ICO Team England is shaping up nicely following latest Squad training session!

Preparation continued today for the ICO England Squad to get ready for the ICO World Championships in Frankfurt, Germany in October 2024.
The carefully planned session conducted by ICO Team England coaches Qasim Beg and Neil Kelly continued to cover all bases of preparation to deal with and equip our team for every scenario and eventuality they may encounter climbing through those ropes or onto that mat come Championship day.
Through these Squad training sessions and the International Open Qualifying event in May a team will be picked to represent England in what in prospect looks like it could be the biggest and best ICO World Championships to date.
We take a months break now due to the International Open in May and return with our next squad training on Saturday 1st June.
We will however have an Open Sparring session on May 11th which to get some valuable sparring rounds in.
