06-04-24 - Kaifah Imran's British Title Defence Cancelled!!!

It is with regret that we have to inform you that the BLCC British Title fight between Champion Kaifah Imran and Challenger Laila Featherstone that was due to be held next weekend has unfortunately been cancelled. We were informed that Laila had sustained a broken toe in sparring leaving her unable to compete.
It is always tough when these things happen especially given that Kaifah had trained so hard and was looking amazing throughout her training camp but unfortunately it goes with the territory when competing in combat sports.
We wish Laila a speedy recovery and very much hope that this fight can be rescheduled at the nearest possible opportunity as it is a great fight in prospect.
