06-07-24 - The Road to Germany continues at the latest ICO Team England Squad Training Session!

We continued preparation for the ICO World Championships in Frankfurt, Germany today with the 5th of our ICO Squad Training Sessions of 2024 at the USKA Fight Factory.
We had 50 participants from many different gyms and clubs across the UK in attendance chipping away at their preparation for this years Championships knowing that the hard work and dedication put in on these sessions will serve them well and equip them for every eventuality come October in Germany.
ICO Team England coach Qasim 'The Dream' Beg put the team through their paces imparting with some of the knowledge that seen him become a 5 times professional World Champion. 
The next Squad Training session will be held again at USKA on Saturday 3rd August for anyone interested in attending.
