07-09-24 - ICO Penultimate ICO Team England Squad training session complete!

We had a great penultimate ICO Team England Squad training session today at the USKA Fight Factory in preparation for the ICO World Championships that will be held in Frankfurt, Germany from 11th - 13th October.
The packed session conducted by USKA Senior Instructor and ICO Team England Coach Qasim Beg covered all aspects of fighting strategy along with fitness, strength and conditioning and general tournament preparation advise to equip our athletes and give them the very best chance of success in Germany.
As well as the physical training session medicals were performed by our doctor and fighting kit and tracksuits handed out to our squad members making it feel very real as the tournament draws closer and closer.
With only 34 days until the Championship and only one more Squad training session scheduled for the week before we travel on 5th October it's go time and the business end of our preparation!
