Well done to everyone who braved the heat and attended the latest ICO Open Sparring session at the USKA Fight Factory today with just under 50 Kickboxers showing up for 2 hours of sparring and sparring drills.
It was great to mix it up against lots of different styles and fighting disciplines in a respectful and controlled environment.
