We had a great ICO Open Sparring session at the USKA Fight Factory today with over 50 Kickboxers showing up for 30 rounds of sparring over the 2 hour session.
It was the perfect opportunity to try and shake off the Christmas / New Year break rust which everyone seized with both hands (and feet).
The talented group were respectful and controlled throughout the session with everyone in attendance gaining from the experience leaving the room steamy and sweaty as proof of all their hard work.
