After quite a lay off from our USKA Charity Iron Man events with the last one being in December last year we picked them up once again today at the USKA Fight Factory with 44 competitors taking part.
The Iron man is an all inclusive competition consisting of 6 events accumulating points with an overall score collated at the end to find the highest scorer in each age group.
Our exercises for today were... Squat Thrusts, Step Ups, Crab Claps, Bag Kicks, 1 Meter jumps and Press Up Step Ups.
It was a great competition with everyone working really hard to earn their trophies and medals.

A big thank you to everyone who supported the event today from the competitors, the judges, the helpers, the spectators and of course the donators.
All profit raised today from our competition will go towards the gyms charity project for this year to raise £11,400 to build 6 secure homes (£1900 each) for displaced Syrians located in the safe zone near the Turkish border in Idlib forming part of the Jigsaw 'Earthquake' Village 2.0. in memory of our beloved students Khuzaimah Douglas and Azmat Yaqub who we miss dearly.
We are thrilled to announce that the total on raised on the day through the support and kindness of everyone was a staggering £955.00. Again, thank you all so much.
