ICO Team England Needs and wants You!
Do you want to be part of a winning and supportive team and travel as part of ICO Team England to the ICO World Championships in Hungary from 14th to 16th October this year in pursuit of a Gold Medal and prestigious World Title?
If the answer is Yes, we would like to invite you to ICO Team England Open Squad Training, where final selections will be made to fill slots for this year's team.
The first ICO Squad training will be held at the USKA Fight Factory gym in Birmingham on Saturday 6th August between 2-5pm and will be conducted by 5 Times, 2 weight professional World Kickboxing Champion Qasim 'The Dream' Beg.
These sessions are in preparation for the ICO World Championships that will be held in Nagykanizsa, Hungary from 14th - 16th October 2022. If you have an interest in representing ICO team England in either Ring Continuous, Low Kick Continuous, K-1 Light, Box-Light, Mat light, Full Contact or K-1, you are welcome on these sessions to try out for a position in the squad.
Any fighters who won a medal at the ICO British Championships in May will have earned automatic selection for ICO Team England and must attend the squad training session to accept their place.
These are open politic free sessions aimed at bringing the best out of people through strategy advice, padwork and sparring drills accompanied by a high stamina and endurance work ethic that will guarantee to help you reach for your goals.
If you would like to use these sessions just for extra training as a way of improving your fight game again, you are very welcome.
The cost of the three-hour session is £10 per attendee.
