Part two of our September Grading weekend seen our USKA Female Division in action with 17 of our girls move through their grading belts with grades contested from Red Belt (1st Grade) through to Yellow Belt (3rd Grade).
Female Division Instructor and Grading examiner Ruqayya Griffith assisted by senior grade Junior Coaches Husna Mahmood and Khadijah Riaz as part of their Junior Coach development program assessed our candidates on their syllabus work and as always pushed them mentally and physically during the 1 hour warm up class followed by the 2 hour grading to ensure they were truly worthy of earning their new coloured belts.
Congratulations to all our successful graders and a special mention to our A Graders Sahar Faqiri (Yellow Belt 91 / A-) and Hana Rasool ( Yellow Belt 94 / A-).
The next USKA Female Division Grading is scheduled for December as our girls look forward to taking another step towards becoming USKA Black Belts!
