It was a busy weekend on Saturday and Sunday last week at the USKA Fight Factory with lots of students attempting their next belts on the USKA General and USKA Female Division Grading Examination.
On Saturday we had 37 members attempt grades ranging from Red Belt (1st Grade) to Brown Belt (9th Grade) under the watchful eye of USKA Senior Instructor and Grading Examiner Qasim Beg on our USKA General Grading,
Following a tough grading where everyone was put through their paces on all their syllabus techniques, combinations and additional criteria the results were announced and new belts handed out to the successful.
Special mentions to our highest graders Maryam Sarfraz, Mohammed Hamza and Mohammed Mustapha who took their Brown Belt's and a massive congratulations to our A Star graders Ibrar Rafiq (Red Belt 91 / A-), Mohammed Mustapha (Brown Belt 93 / A-) Mohammed Hamza (Brown Belt 98 / A),
On Sunday we had 24 Female Division Graders attempting grades from Red Belt (1st Grade) to Orange Belt (4th Grade) under close scrutiny of USKA Female Division Senior Instructor and Grading Examiner Ruqayya Griffith.
Again, our students were made to work hard throughout the grading making sure everything was up to scratch and to Ruqayya's approval.
We are happy to say we had 100% pass rate with everyone earning their next coloured belts and taking a step up the ladder closer to Black Belt.
Special mention to our highest graders Iyla-Rose Hussain and Abida Hussain taking their Orange Belt and to our A Star graders Maleeha Urooj (Red Belt 91 / A-) and Inaya Kamran (Red Belt / 93 / A-)
Well done everyone and a big thank you to our Instructors and Grading Examiners Qasim and Ruqayya for continuing to do a great job keeping the standard high on our technical classes.
