18-06-26 - A fly on the wall look at our USKA Ninja's Class!

Take a behind the scenes look at one of our action packed USKA Ninjas classes at the USKA Fight Factory.

This footage gives a fly on the wall insight into our early Monday evening session, where our Ninjas were working hard, having fun and developing their Kickboxing skills.

Our USKA Ninjas program is specifically designed for children aged 4-7 years old, helping them build confidence, discipline, coordination, fitness and focus in a positive and supportive environment.

We kicked things off with our popular team relay race warm-up, incorporating a variety of exercises designed to improve coordination, agility, fitness and teamwork, while also bringing out a healthy competitive spirit amongst the children.

We then moved onto our Kickboxing padwork combinations. The class began with a Boxing combination, followed by a Kicking combination and then a Defence combination. After practicing each section individually, our Ninjas were challenged to link them all together into one super combination.

The focus, discipline and effort on display throughout the class were outstanding, with everyone giving 100% and showing excellent technique.

Well done to all of our USKA Ninjas for another fantastic session!
