We’re incredibly proud to announce that USKA Junior Coaches Julia Glowacz (14) and Sami Kelly (21) have both been awarded their USKA Level 3 Junior Coach Awards, the final and most prestigious level in our junior coaching development program here at USKA Fight Factory.
This award is reserved for candidates who demonstrate outstanding commitment, maturity, and leadership in their coaching roles.
To achieve this, Julia and Sami have both proven they can successfully under supervision, plan and instruct an entire class from start to finish consistently displaying the skill, confidence and professionalism expected of a qualified instructor here at USKA.
Their dedication to mentoring our USKA Ninja's has been exceptional, and we couldn't be more impressed with their growth and contribution to the club.
