20-08-22 - USKA Charity Fight Night an Amazing Success!

On Saturday 20th August USKA Fight Factory hosted it's very first Charity Fight Night Show and showcased 53 of it's fighters in Exhibition bouts in front of family and friends to a packed out room of spectators.
With many of the participants taking part in their very first competitive experience you could sense the nervous energy in the air and this was magnified with the fighters experiencing that big fight atmosphere of having their name announced by the MC, making their way on their ring walk through the crowd, the smoke and the disco lights to the sound of their chosen ring walk music and with their fight pictures projected onto the wall behind the ring.
We had our Ninja's, some as young as 5 years old taking part in body shot boxing bouts with our older students stepping it up to controlled contact Kickboxing bouts.
All the fighters on the day really rose to the occasion performing excellently in the spirit it was intended with it being a fun charity event.
The crowd was amazing getting behind each and every fighter and were super generous donating to our charity buckets throughout the day, purchasing raffle tickets and spending their hard earned cash on our food and refreshments knowing that all of the proceeds would be going to our Charity project for this year of building a Mosque in Uganda that will double up as a community hub that will help many projects within the area that many people will benefit from.

All our Charity effort for this year is in the name and the remembrance of our students Khuzaimah Douglas and Azmat Yaqub who we still hold so very dear to our heart.
We would like to thank each and every fighter, parent, supporter, spectator that turned up and contributing in making the day such a fantastic success and to all the helpers, officials, coaches and organisers which quite frankly were second to none.
