25-01-25 - ICO Squad Training starts us off on the road to the ICO World Championships in Wales!

The ICO Squad Training for 2025 started today at the USKA Fight Factory in preparation for the ICO World Championships that will be held in Swansea, Wales in October.
Exclusively through Squad training sessions our team will be picked to represent England in what in prospect looks like it could be the biggest and best ICO World Championships to date.
The session today conducted by USKA and ICO Team England coach Qasim Beg was well attended with over 50 participants and World Championship hopefuls from many different gyms and clubs across the UK all benefiting from the training drills set by Qasim and tapping into his vast knowledge.
The next Squad Training session will be held again at USKA on Saturday 1st March for anyone interested in attending and trying out for the team.
