The temperature wasn’t the only thing rising at the USKA Fight Factory on a scorching Saturday afternoon, intensity levels soared as ICO Team England gathered for their latest squad training session, all in preparation for the upcoming ICO World Championships in Swansea this October.
Headed by USKA Chief Instructor and ICO Team England Head Coach Neil Kelly, the high-energy three-hour session brought together a determined group of team members and future squad hopefuls.
The athletes were pushed to their limits with a dynamic mix of pad work, sparring drills, strategic fight planning, and innovative strength and conditioning exercises all designed to enhance their performance and sharpen their competitive edge.
The team’s progress is undeniable. With each session, fitness improves, strategies evolve, and momentum continues to build as we head toward October's championship event.
The next open squad training session is scheduled for 26th July which will be a fantastic opportunity for aspiring fighters to train alongside the squad and gain invaluable experience.
