And the new... -35kg BLCC Midland Area Champion....Zain Amer!
USKA's Zain Amer won a Unanimous points decision over his opponent Alfie Aston this evening in an entertaining and competitive fight at the ICO Ring Rage event in Burton On Trent.
This was billed as the battle of the Unbeaten with Zain bringing with him a record of 6-0 and his opponent Alfie 5-0.
With unbeaten records and the title belt on the line both fighters did themselves proud and gave their all over the 5 round distance but it was Zain that came through to take the well deserved win.
A big thank you to USKA coaches Sean Quinn and Shakeel Hussain for giving the right advise at the right time to see Zain to victory and to show promoter Chris Squirrell for affording Zain the opportunity to showcase his skills.
Congratulations Zain on a great win capturing the first of what will God willing be many Kickboxing Title belts.
