30-04-23 - Great day for USKA at the TMA BLCC Event!

A small but committed team of USKA Fighters travelled to the TMA Martial Arts Academy in Walsall today to compete at the latest BLCC Event.
Off the back of Ramadan with it only finishing a week ago we were always going to have a smaller team at this event but small in numbers, mighty in stature comes to mind when describing our fighters in action today.
The team of 9 headed by USKA Coaches Qasim Beg, Sean Quinn and Shakeel Hussain consisted of Elijah Brown, Zain Amer, Dawid Gizewski, Ahsaan Mahmood, Julia Glowacz, Nikita Raubiska, Kaifah Imran, Maryam Sarfraz, Sami Kelly.
All performed well in their bouts gaining some more valuable experience that will serve them well when they step it up at the ICO British Championships / World Championship Qualifying event in June.
A big thank you to the BLCC and Gavin Burrows and his team at TMA for their hospitality and for affording our fighters the stage to be able to do what they do amidst some great competition.
The next BLCC Event will be on Sunday 27th May at the Aero-Kick gym in Birmingham.
