We had the pleasure of witnessing another outstanding ICO Team England squad training session today at the USKA Fight Factory in Birmingham, led by ICO Team England Head Coach Neil Kelly.
With temperatures rising, it was a tough and intense day for the 70+ squad members and aspiring athletes in attendance. Over the course of a demanding three-hour session, they worked through padwork and sparring drills, with a strong focus on strategy and mindset development.
The team is building momentum as they prepare for the ICO World Championships in Swansea this October. It's inspiring to see the squad coming together with such commitment, and to watch each athlete progress month by month as they push toward peak performance.
Our next open squad training session will take place on 28th June which will be a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to train alongside the squad and gain valuable experience.
A huge well done to everyone who took part today, and a special thank you to Coach Kelly for another top-tier session!
